“Black Beauty” is more than a story of love, fate, and horses. It is also an heirloom variety of summer squash that is prized for its creamy flesh and dark green skin. 'Black Beauty' is a reliable, hardy, and productive plant that fruits early and will continue to produce for many months. Flowers are a culinary favourite and are often cut and stuffed.
