With the COVID-19 pandemic issue becoming ever more of a concern, we have taken the proactive (yet difficult) decision to close our shop front for the time being. We will, however, use the shop as a "click and collect" point for on-line orders.
Please read this post carefully as it contains important information.
How will this work?
- Place an order here on our website.
- Select "Store Pickup" as the shipping option.
- We will contact you and let you know your order is ready for collection
- Come to the store during our collection times:
- 4-5 pm Monday to Thursday
- 10am-1pm Friday
- 10am-1pm Saturday
- When you arrive please call our number 0434 007 743 - make sure you bring your order confirmation with you or a form of ID.
- We will bring your order out to you (please be patient as we'll need to serve one customer at a time, although it shouldn't take more than a moment or two - we'll get good at it!)
What about bulk refills?
We are working hard to get a whole lot of refill options online for easy selection. We have sourced a range of compostable zip lock bags in 500g and 1kg sizes, plus we will put online many of the pre-packaged refills we sell. Unfortunately, we will not be able to fill your containers, however you will be able to return our empty containers (eg the glass bottles) that you may have purchased previously. We will issue an on-line refund to you for each returned container.
We are also awaiting delivery of some nifty, re-usable super-strong ziplock bags for liquids that can also be returned to us for re-use and refund, so we can keep the container deposit system going.
But I can't find the refill on-line yet, where is it?
We will be putting refill items online throughout the next few days, but until then you can still order them by contacting us directly. Call or text 0434 007 743 or use Instant Messenger (click the message box in the bottom right hand corner of our website 
), and talk to us about what you'd like to order. We can then email you an online invoice that you can pay with a credit card.
We have a current refills price list here on the website as a downloadable PDF as a guide.
Will you ship refill items?
Yes, that's the plan. We will start with dry refills of 500g and 1kg sizes in compostable packs - stay tuned. We are working on a system where we can ship returnable packaging out with the refills along with a pre-paid envelope that will come back to us for re-use. Hopefully, this will work for liquids as well. This will enable us to do most of our refill products on-line.
Will you open the shop again?
That's our plan, we just have to see what happens with this virus and if it's safe to do so based on Government advice we will endeavour to open again.
