Just letting you know we are slightly reducing the click and collect hours for the Boronia store during Melbourne's phase 4 restrictions.
Collection Hours:
- 2-5 pm Weekdays
- 10am - 1pm Saturday
Just a reminder that we are doing click & collect and on-line only sales at this time. We'll let you know when we have the opportunity to extend trading hours again.
Freight Challenges During Lockdown
We're posting updates on our Facebook Page when we have Face Masks available to sell. We chose from the start not to take customers' payments unless we could supply, so that's why we only allow sales of real, available items.
Thanks also to our ever loyal remote and interstate customers - freight is very tricky at the moment and we're needing to sometimes switch delivery services at the last minute to ensure your deliveries get there as fast as possible. Courier drivers are very busy these days and we're finding that both Sendle and Australia Post's tracking system aren't always up to date. We always try to send orders out on the next business day. Sendle may not always arrive on time to collect them from us, and Australia post may also have delays (they have reduced distribution centre staff by 1/3), but we try and follow through on each delivery and ensure things are going smoothly. Once it leaves our hands, we're a little bit at their mercy!
